How it Works
Consultation Call
Start with a 20 minute consultation call where we will ask you about goals for your organization and discuss options that best fit for your community’s needs.
Proposal
Based on your goals, we will match you with one of our experts to present to your school or organization. You will receive a customized proposal that includes a workshop outline, and includes logistics, such as the format, dates, and cost.

The Sound of Music: Offering Your Students the Gift of the Full Montessori Music Curriculum
with Marcia Perez
Marcia led a week-long, in-person workshop for Primary and Elementary educators to provide complete training in the Montessori music curriculum, bringing daily joy into the classroom and school culture through music. Participants left with an extensive repertoire and syllabus of poems, games, singing games, stories, and dances to build their own programs.
Montessori-Aligned Accomodations That Foster Inclusivity
with Pamela Shanks
Pam Shanks, author of The Montessori Approach to Classroom-Based Interventions, led an in-person, full-staff PD providing a schoolwide framework for supporting neurodiverse learners in a Montessori environment. She met in small groups with Guides to provide Montessori-aligned strategies to support specific children in their classrooms.
Supporting Neurodiverse Students in the Montessori Classroom
with Amy Cushner
Amy led a virtual, full-staff PD providing an overview of common types of neurodiversity and specific strategies for the Montessori classroom. She met with lead Guides at each level to offer clarity around the neurodiverse profiles of their students and provide Montessori-aligned strategies for executive functioning, sensory needs, and emotional regulation.
Awakening Wonder: A Montessori Educator’s Guide to Ecological Consciousness
with Tammy Oesting
Tammy led an in-person, full-staff PD providing philosophy and ready-to-implement lessons, games, and nature experiences to support children with a deep connection to nature. Guides and staff were able to reconnect to their own sense of wonder through sensory-rich experiences and play.
Building a Culture of Belonging Among Your Staff
with Tamara Sheesley Balis
Tamara led a full-day, in-person workshop providing school leaders specific strategies to foster a sense of belonging and inclusivity, improve community engagement, and increase staff morale. Participants left with actionable steps for how to create a culture that inspires a sense of belonging and results in greater satisfaction and longevity.
Creating and Living from Your Values as an Organization
with Cassi Mackey
Cassi led a virtual, full-staff PD in which teams collaborated to draft their community values. She then supported the leadership team in finalizing these Values, an important part of their reaccreditation process with AMS. These values offer the school clear alignment and reduced leadership ambiguity, providing a unified cultural compass for decision-making for years to come.
