The Peace Table for Adults:
Mediating Relationship Breakdowns
Many classrooms have structures for supporting children in addressing their concerns directly and kindly. In Montessori classrooms, this is called “going to the peace table.” We teach them to go directly to each other, stepping straight into the conversation. We give them lessons on how to share concerns in a productive way and how to listen for understanding. Through this process, their communication skills are developed and their relationships are strengthened.

You will be able to browse by level or topic to find what you need, and then complete the training at your own pace.
Step-by-Step Modules
Our learning modules will be broken into managable pieces that can be rewatched as many times as you wish, and you can decide when you are ready to move on to new content. You can track your progress as you complete each section, and then print out a certificate of completion when finished.
Interactive Learning
Rather than relying on talking heads discussing theory, our learning modules will feature experts sharing actionable strategies and structures, practical classroom examples, role plays, opportunities for your own goal setting and reflection, and checks for understanding.

This course is designed for employees new to Montessori education. It goes over the essential questions about Montessori – What is Montessori? Why does Montessori work?
